1.The smoke detector should avoid being installed in places like the corner of the wall, for the air in this place is not ventilated and it will affect the detection.
 
2.The installation distance of the smoke detector according to different situations are as follows:
  • If installed on the ceiling, the standalone smoke detector or the conventional smoke detector should be installed at least 300mm away from the wall edge.
  • If installed on the wall, the lower surface of the standalone smoke detector or the conventional smoke detector should be within 300-500mm from the ceiling.
